Greetings!

South Waters is what we believe the ideal type of a Club development. One, that does not only provide leisure and enjoyment for those "who have", and employment, for those "who do not have". But educates and shows to all that it is a model of a business concern with the direct positive impact on national concerns, that of food productivity.

In a nation, such as ours where agricuture and in our case, aqua culture, is a main indicator of national growth and where the land is available for it, the South Waters concept should be a model for enterpreneurs to replicate in their ventures especcially in the leisure industry to optimize the use of our land.

A first of a kind cconcept in leisure membership Club incorporating commercial aqua culture farm. South Waters is the best kept seccret of Quezon. Now a secret no longer, the Club has sold 308 Proprietary Membership Shares by invitation and continues to invite more leisure and healh loving families to become members.

Located in the City of Lucena, the Capital of Quezon Province 131 kilometers South of Manila, by the bay of Tayabas, South Waters is a unique eco-resort destination.

Its uniqueness lies in the fact that the Country Club operates its own aqua culture farms (commercial scale(, and vegetable gardens (supplying F&B in house outlets), so that the food served by its restaurants comes freshly grown from the Club's arms. Aqua culture such as prawns, milkfish, lapu-lapu, crabs and oysters are produced in commercial quantities like a stand alon business in itself, and all of its excess production is sold at the nearby Dalahican fish port which is about a cove and half away from the Club. One hundred percent of the time, all the Club's production is bought on the spot by buyers who supply most hotels and restaurants of Metro Manila.

The incorporation of the food production's aspect in a proprietary leisure country club is the most valuable and important factor or component, by which maybe, all leaisure clubs should replicate as, this is the most important social aspect with tremendous impact in addressing the nation's food security programs.

Income from the farm production goes back to the Club and is being used for maintenance and operations.

Water comes free flowing from a water vein from majestic Mt. Banahaw and struck 485 feet underneath the ground, even if Mt. Banahaw itself is about 35 kilometers away.

The suites and the family cabañas lie amid the beautiful backdrop of Mt. Banahaw and by the bay one can choose his recreational activity from jetskiing, fishing, scuba diving or just pick a boat from the Club's marina and simply go island-hopping or sight-seeing.

Actually, fishing, crabbing, boating remote controlled sailing, is available in-land thru the Club's inland water ways and lagoons and, crabbing and fishing ponds-a feature conveniently available to the more conservative families who prefer they and/or their children do not go out into the bay. Horseback Riding and Golf Cart, cartways also available.

The cemented Joggging paths are also a Golf Cart cartways wherein one can go around the island in a sleek golf cart.

The Club's riverside All Purpose Ballroom/Seminar center is a delightful area for any major Club activity.

Sincerely,

Pete Morato
